We are currently hiring for the following positions:

CONDITION MONITORING SPECIALIST

Condition Monitorings Specialist required for the execution of comprehensive condition monitoring programs. This role is accountable for daily hands on analysis and reporting of vibration and other condition monitoring data.

Key Accountabilities:

– Ensure services and reporting delivery are on time, within established budget
– Follow safe work practices and ensure that all staff members are in full compliance with HSE guidelines, practices and expectations
– Perform condition monitoring and analysis on critical plant machinery to ensure that all issues have a documented resolution and timely path forward and that lessons learned are addressed
– Support Operations in identifying root problem causes, and provide the proper recommendations to improve reliability, ensure a safe and reliable operation and facilitate ongoing improvement
– Work with Reliability, Maintenance and Condition Monitoring personnel to maximize service intervals while assuring reliable operation of rotating equipment and improve overall equipment efficiency

Skills/Experience:

– Technologist – T.T., CET, P. Tech, Millwright or EIT
– Preference given to candidate with a strong Rotating Equipment background and CMVA/Vibration Institute or equivalent certification
– Experience with industrial mechanical maintenance program
– Preference given to candidate with working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies, including oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasound and their integration with vibration analysis
– Technically minded individual with the ability to read and interpret information and communicate your message with clarity and ease through technical reports
– Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Windows, MS Office Word/Excel, Outlook E-Mail, etc.
– Understanding basic dynamics of rotating machinery equipment application, operation, and design
– Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Self-motivated and independent
– Strong desire to enjoy a career in equipment reliability
– Dedication to customer service as well as excellent time management
– Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and customers, and to use good judgement
– Professional attitude and presentation consistent with position and responsibilities
– Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
– Accessibility during off-hours (laptop and cell phone) when needed
